Sahar Mazhar
(RPh, MPH)
With unmatched expertise and relentless passion, S2S Care's founder Sahar Mazhar is on a mission to improve health standards in our community. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2013 and working as a Community Pharmacist, she has since dedicated herself entirely to Clinical Pharmacist tasks through the establishment of S2S Care.
Since 2019, Sahar has helped Physicians and other healthcare providers improve their patient’s lives while bringing more revenue through Medicare reimbursements and gaining higher MIPS scores through seamless coordinated care.
